At Coffi Lab, we are dedicated to bringing the best quality products to our neighbourhoods and with that goal in mind have invested in our very own central production unit in Cardiff with in house artisan bakery.

We are looking for a Bakery Team Member to join the team and can consider full or part time applications. This role benefits from daytime working hours.

Supported by an experienced and creative team, our successful candidate will be a key hand in providing only the most delicious bakes and vienoisserie across our growing group of Labs.

The salary for this position is £12.25 ph.

A typical day will include:

• Help mix, shape, bake and decorate a range of specialist viennoiserie with care and consistency.

• Help maintain quality control in the bakery, making certain that our menu items are made to spec and with the upmost care - every time.

• Show high levels of food safety compliance, helping ensure all relevant production and traceability paperwork is completed as well as helping ensure our company Health and Safety guidelines are practiced.

The ideal candidates will be:

• Focused and detail oriented with an ability to work on your own initiative.

• Some knowledge of mixing, shaping and baking artisan doughs and lamination knowledge.

• 1 years experience from within a viennoiserie setting is preferred though training will be provided.

• Food Safety Level 2 (or equivalent) is beneficial.

• Bakery NVQ Level 2 Diploma is beneficial.
